Every single opportunity I once had to get a job while I was in high school has long since pasted me
by. Every time I've had a job, usually I was almost immediately pressured to quit because my dad had
to provide me transportation via his car. Every time I asked him to help me get my drivers license
he said, "you don't need a license" or "you're not getting a license till I get a second car" and so
here I am, now 21 years of age, with no license, no car, and no job because I have no car; I live at
least 35 miles way from Riverside, that's about a 45 minute drive, I live about the same distance
from Palm Springs, and about the same Distance or more from Corona. It would be almost impossible
for me to take the bus because it takes 2 hours to go from Hemet to Temecula which is only about 29
miles away which takes about 40 minutes to go by normal car, but because of all the stops, it takes
2 hours to go from point A to point B. So now that I'm living at home, all I can hope to do at the
moment is attend community college and work on completing my prerequisites for engineering school,
that would be either University of California at Riverside, or Cal State San Bernardino, both of
which are great schools in my vicarious opinion. But anyways, so I'm at home, and every single time
I give my opinion, which is usually constructive to my father, he tells me I don't know what the
fuck I'm talking about, but when he tells me something, I'm supposed to say, thanks dad, your
opinion is so helpful, I mean, after all, we are in this whole because of you, and you still haven't
gotten us out of it.. Ugh!!!! Anyways, just venting as usual, otherwise I would probably go
postal.
